Shalom! My name is Phil Pearlman. I am a
Jewish believer and a Messianic music artist. Upon recording my latest
music release, "Fresh Fire", which is available now on this
site, the Lord impressed upon me that there were numerous anointed
Messianic artists across the country of which people have not yet had
the privilege of hearing. As a music expert, with a Bachelor of Music
Education degree and a former Las Vegas performer, I was impressed by
the Lord to seek out some of this undiscovered anointed music, listen to
it, and give it an in-depth review so that others might be blessed
through it.
It is surprising the amount of anointed, original Messianic music there
is tucked away throughout the country waiting to be exposed! We all have
and will continue to enjoy the wonderfully anointed music of groups such
as Lamb, Israel’s Hope, Paul Wilbur, Marty Goetz, and many of the well
known Messianic artists, but I feel it a blessing to uncover additional
anointed music performed by lesser known talents who are producing
excellent, anointed Messianic music.
I am confident that as an advocate and listener of Messianic music, you
will be as excited as I am about this! With each album review, I will
include specially selected segments from songs that I have evaluated and
found to be the best representation of the artist, along with an
analysis of the song’s style. You can experience the chosen selections
for yourself via MP3.
I trust that you will find my professional evaluations of
these Messianic reviews helpful in your consideration of adding some
wonderful Messianic music to your repertoire. You may not be able to
find this truly anointed music anywhere else! My goal is to bring this
music to the awaiting body of believers so that the Lord may be
glorified through it.
Extensive musical training throughout the years, in
conjunction with my experience as a high school band/choral instructor,
have prepared me to expertly critique musical arrangements. In addition,
my experience as a Las Vegas entertainer broadened my appreciation for
various styles of music. Since becoming a believer in Messiah, I have
been accredited as a highly sought after Messianic worship leader in the
Pacific Northwest for the past 13 years, also having served as Music
Director for one of the largest Messianic congregation in the Seattle
area.
